Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us at [support@khanawallah.com] as soon as possible with your order details.
If an order is canceled after it has been processed or dispatched, no cancellation will be possible.
If your order is canceled successfully before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
Customers are responsible for canceling orders through our support team within the allowed window. We are unable to cancel orders directly once they have been dispatched.
